Komunidad, Organization Series: WhiteBox Research & Condor Camp SEA
Last November 30, EA Philippines held another run of its Organization Series! Here we highlighted organizations working in AI Safety field building in Asia!
We thank Brian Tan of WhiteBox research and Kyle Reynoso of Condor Camp SEA for sharing what each organization has been up to since launching. AI Safety is a small but growing cause area in the Philippines and through their programs, they aim to get more people working in the space.

Introducing our Newest Hire!
Welcoming, Sunta Cadiz!
Sunta is currently finishing up her Philosophy degree in Ateneo de Manila University. She was previously the VP for communications as and president of EA Blue, a local EA university chapter. She will now support the community as a part-time community builder for EA Philippines!
“Hey everybody! I know that supporting a community’s growth is no small task; I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with you all (yes, all!) in this new role, and I’m really excited to start. I applied for this role because I believe our community can do a lot of good – in the three years that I’ve been engaging with EA, I have always felt inspired by the talent, intelligence, and genuine care of local EAs.
I’m particularly excited to have the kind of thoughtful conversations that are characteristic of EA spaces, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to chat, whether or not we’ve already met!”
Welcome to the team, Sunta! 🎉
